This is an member's agreement between Vendor / host, Multiple Stream Media, LLC. owner of www.Rent-A-List.com and any client who wishes to use vendor's unique online services, email campaigns and other promotional activities. Therefore the parties have entered into this Agreement on the following terms and conditions.

1. Terms Of Offering

1.1   Rent-A-List.com offers a targeted email drop service for clients who wish to advertise their products and services using the Internet medium.

1.2   All e-mails that are delivered are completely opt-in. 

1.3   Client acknowledges that all members who receive clients promotional materials are also members of www.hits4pay.com , www.dealsncash.com, www.weeklytips.com , www.adclickmedia.com , www.commissionstorefront.com, www.rent-a-list.com , www.businessworldlist.com , www.msmedianetwork.com , www.articlehitlist.com , www.multiplestreammktg.com  and www.freeweeklylotto.com  .

1.4   Client acknowledges that Vendor has agreements, which prohibit including certain materials (i.e., violence, nudity, objectionable language, and suggestive or adult themes) in the rent-a-list program.

1.5   All information collected from opt-in members will be sent by text or HTML e-mail format. All images published in the ad should be hosted by the client or client's hosting company.

1.6   Client acknowledges that the the Multiple Stream Media, Network uses various incentives such as cash, contests and points to attract subscribers to the network websites.

1.7  Members agree to receive updates and occasional email messages from Rent-A-list.com and MultipleStreamMktg.com

2. Tracking And Reporting

2.1   Real time tracking will be published in a web-based format

2.2   Vendor will deliver unique visitors to clients website.

2.3   Vendor will provide a tracking website and sponsor code which will track unique visitors for each campaign. 

2.4   Client may use a third party tracking system but acknowledges that some java based tracking software will not track websites showing inside frames. Vendors tracking system will be the final determinant of the number of hits delivered.

3. Associates And Referrals

3.1  Affiliates will be paid a 10% referral fee for referring other advertisers.

3.1  Affiliates will not be paid a commission for their own advertising purchase. 

3.2  This referral fee is only paid when the referred advertiser makes a purchase.

3.3  Vendor will provide real time tracking in the associate's members area.

3.4  A minimum amount of $25.00 has to be reached before the associate is send a commission check.

3.5  A check fee of $2 will be deducted as a handling fee.

4. Return On Investment Disclaimer
